AssetHub reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for valuation work, inspections, research, or administrative services that have already been performed prior to cancellation of an engagement.

Payment Obligations

Users who successfully place a winning bid, make a purchase, or otherwise commit to a sale through AssetHub are expected to complete the transaction in accordance with the stated payment terms.

Failure to make payment within the required timeframe, refusal to honour a confirmed purchase, or repeated non-payment may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user's account.

AssetHub reserves the right to restrict access to future events, auctions, sales, and platform services for users who fail to fulfil their payment obligations.
